Now also available for the new Mercedes CLE W236, the CHROMETEC Power Sound Module with rich V8 sound for your CLE W236. A system similar to the Active Sound System, which is installed by Audi in the 6-cylinder biturbo engines and enables a sporty sound with the diesel or petrol engine. With our Active Sound Module, the sound is not generated by a sports exhaust system as is conventional, but an external noise module synthetically generates the sound of a large-volume engine.

The sound spectrum of the sound module cannot be achieved with any sports exhaust, as the sound, tone and volume can be configured. Normally, two volume levels are preset: quiet / loud and system off, but the levels can still be changed as desired. The Active Sound System is operated via an in-vehicle switch or our app and no separate switch needs to be installed in the vehicle.
